Rules of the Realm

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and utilizing Glintzorlx, a digital realm operated by Northern Flame Interactive Oy, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these rules, you must immediately leave the realm. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service.

2. Social Casino Nature & No Real Money

Glintzorlx is fundamentally and strictly a free-to-play social casino intended purely for entertainment purposes. You understand and agree that:

  • No real money is required to play our games.
  • No real money, physical goods, or services of value can be won.
  • Virtual currencies, magic tokens, or dragons acquired in the game hold absolutely no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or cashed out under any circumstances.

3. User Account and Security

If the realm requires you to establish an identity (account registration) to save progress, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Northern Flame Interactive Oy is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Code of Conduct

While exploring our fantasy world, you agree to conduct yourself with honor. The following actions are strictly forbidden:

  • Using automated scripts, bots, or any magical exploits to manipulate game outcomes or systems.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or burden the servers hosting Glintzorlx.
  • Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users or the Council (support team).

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All lore, artwork, graphics, code, and dragons found within Glintzorlx are the exclusive intellectual property of Northern Flame Interactive Oy or licensed partners. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit, written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The realm is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Northern Flame Interactive Oy makes no warranties regarding the continuous availability of the site or freedom from bugs or interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

7. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These terms, as well as any disputes arising from them, are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal actions must be brought within the courts of Helsinki, Finland.

8. Modifications to Terms

The Council reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced within the realm. Your continued use of the site following any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
